Mitch Horton

Mitch is a swiss army knife when it comes to business support, having been on the small business path for the better part of a decade. He previously owned a successful service business and has recently undertaken roles in digital marketing, software development and websites. Mitch has worked one on one with dozens of businesses to help form marketing strategy, brand identity and better equip and streamline their businesses to grow efficiently.

I absolutely love the small business world and partnering with motivated and positive business owners to achieve their unique personal and business goals. He is highly effective in Lead Generation through both FB and Google Ad campaigns, systemising with job management software set ups, CRM management and Websites.

With a BCom majoring in international business and management and employment relations, Erin has embarked on a diverse career journey that has taken her across the globe, offering invaluable insights into the intricacies of business operations.

Her experience ranges from product management to sales and brand management as well as distribution and accounts support. Having provided bookkeeping and HR support to small business for the past seven years, combined with the multitasking skills that become necessary when becoming a mum, Erin can be relied upon to get the job done efficiently, accurately and always with a smile.

What Services do you offer?

We tailor our monthly services to your business needs. We primarily focus on digital marketing (paid ads, websites etc) but we are happy to share our wealth of experience across all aspects of small business operations, this could include anything from how to employ staff, health and safety requirements, systems and operations or gearing a business for sale.

How much do you charge?

We operate on an affordable retainer model for the majority of our services. These are custom built around your needs and generally work out a lot better for you than an hourly rate model. We do offer hourly rate and project specific pricing for services such as website builds and one-off training.

What are your qualifications?

Erin has a bachelor's degree in international business and Mitch has a bachelor's degree in Science. Aside from these we have 25 years combined experience working in, owning and supporting a variety of small businesses with the services we provide.

How can I get started?

Let's start with a discovery call and we can get to know each other. We want to make sure we are a great fit and that we have a good insight into your business operations, goals and values. From there we can usually get started almost straight away.

Do you offer remote services?

We are based in Mount Maunganui but we work with businesses throughout New Zealand. We love to meet face to face but the majority of our meetings and correspondence are conducted over email, Zoom and phone calls.
