Do you outsource any of the work?
You work directly with me, Mitch. No account managers, no overseas teams, no handoffs. That's the whole point. We have a strategic partnership with Lucid Media that helps fill in the gaps with their expertise in websites and SEO but we will let you know when we require their input.
Do I need to sign a long contract?
No long lock-ins. We work on a month-to-month basis because we'd rather earn your business every month than trap you in a contract.
